Atlus Door Gym Review

A few years ago when I decided to get into fitness and nutrition I decided I would workout at home versus signing a gym contract. I knew this would provide me with great convenience, and save me a lot of expenses. There is no driving to the gym or waiting for other people to finish on machines. I could listen to my own music, and at whatever volume that I wanted. Once I made this decision I knew there were other tasks that I had to tackle before I could start building muscle and toning my body; mainly research.

I needed equipment, weights, bars, and bands....or so I thought! A simple internet search for "door gym" brought to my attention equipment I had never seen or heard of. There were many options, prices, and different promises. I tend to ignore hype and cheap advertising. After a few clicks I came across a company called Atlus Fitness. They were selling a door gym for under $40. It included 4 bands, hand straps, ankle straps, exercise pictures on their site, and....a DVD! So I thought, "Forty bucks...I can afford that. It is resistance training and provides options for a full body workout." I wanted a resistance routine since free weights couldn't offer that.

Why partake in resistance training and own a door gym? Well resistance training creates microscopic tears or damage in the muscle cells which are quickly repaired by the body to help muscles grow stronger. Resistance training is a form of strength training which is important for gaining muscle mass, and in turn toning those muscles. Speaking of mass and weight, resistance exercising can raise your metabolic rate which is an important factor in maintaining body weight. Resistance training has also been shown to build bone and increase bone mass. After a resistance exercise session your muscles are flooded with blood, oxygen, testosterone, protein, growth hormone and other nutrients!

I bought the Atlus Door Gym on impulse. This was due to the excellent reviews and the price. I have now owned the gym for more than two years and still use it...every day. It has lasted this long due to the quality of its build. The bands are made out of strong rubber/bungee cord material that is wrapped in tightly woven cloth fibers; these pretty much are bungee cords. I prefer this over the other cheap door gyms which involve hollow rubber tubing wrapped in cloth fibers. The combination of "hollow" and "rubber," to me, equal future failure and the breaking of equipment. The Atlus Door Gym is very easy to install and there is no set up required, at all. There are two metal clamps that fit around the top and bottom of your door; they are rubber padded for the door's protection! It is very easy to use, especially since you as the buyer have two reference points for exercise ideas; the included DVD and pictures Atlus provides on their website. It is multifunctional and can target all muscles. Also, it is very portable for trips, vacations, and hotels.

    It's a decent review article - but....

Product name is what? Says "Altus" in the links - but throughout the text you use "Atlus".

Sorry, couldn't resist! It's a minor error except that it's the name of the product. Easy to change.

EZA is but one channel to distribute an articles... A big one certainly, but not necessarily the most important... LOL

Don't let EZA dictate to you how you should write your articles... They are not always right...

  • Hi BPIcash,

    is
"Atlus Door Gym Review" the key word you have researched for views and competition level?

The reason I ask is I don't see it referred to in the text, but. I see Altus Door Gym mentioned a few times.

I have been taught to do keyword research to find words that are being searched that aren't too competitive (like >2000 searches, <600-700,00 search results) with long tailed providing a better ration of views: search numbers.

Then you use the chosen keyword as your title, and sprinkle it sparingly through your article, about 2-3 time per 300 words or so.

This gives it a simple structure that helps the SEO cause.

    Hope this helps.

Your headline needs more BANG!! I'd skip your article in a heartbeat and read another one. Nothing to draw me in.

The article reads well. It is solid, just work on reasons to get them into the article, and reasons to keep them flowing all the way to the clicks you want.

You should litter links to the product throughout the content.. however if on an article directory you won't be able to which in other words says don't post to article directories if you wanna make real money

That should also include hyperlinking the product name.

I will work on the title thank you.

Also, weight training and resistance training are different. I dont know where you got confused, it reads pretty simple. I wanted to start resistance training because weights dont offer that. You asked offer what? Umm...weights dont offer resistance training...
And the point of the paragraph is to earn trust in my readers. I know a lot about health, muscles, and working out. I need readers to see that in me and trust that because Ive used this product, so should they!!!

I did not mean to make this an article for sites. This was strictly written for MY site. I am going to write about 1-3 other articles or reviews strictly about this prodcut. And separate writings on resistance training. And then more articles on workingout at home.

As far as more links, I dont know how to do that. I dont know how make a "click here" link, and have that "click here" go to my amazon affiliate page.

What is the point of this paragraph and why so many references to resistance training? It's as if you're keyword stuffing the term. Why? Use synonyms if you must.
