I am looking for a free health and beauty ebook that I can give away in order to get people to sign up to my list.

anyone know where I can find something like this or should I pay to have one written?

You would be better off writing your own or seeing if you can purchase one with Resell rights that will allow you to change the author, change any links, and give it away(MRR).
Any you find that you can get free and give away will have the authors site and url in them.

Hi Corey, there's someone on DP selling such a book with full rights, I can't recall the name though. It would be a lot cheaper and faster to buy a pre-written one.

It's definitely better if you write or get an original one written which you can give to your customers rather than giving something that they might as well get from somewhere else.. just my 2 cents.
