Do alertpay submit refunds as I have bought a service which was not given, I was just sent rude emails.

The company told me they have closed their account so I will not receive a refund from them, any ideas how alertpay resolves this?

first piece of advice, don't what ever you do dispute the charge with alertpay. Just go straight to your bank or credit card company. I say this because in the terms and conditions when you open a dispute with alertpay you agree to accept the final outcome and not to hold them liable i.e. if they say no to your cliam and if you then later dispute the charge with your bank you won't win. Just bypass alertpay and go direct to your card issuer, my bank warned me of this due to problems they had with alertpay and this "agreement."

I have already gone through the dispute process, just opened, is it possible for me to still go to my bank now?

      Regards

I would just call your bank up right away and get the dispute started asap. But of course if you win the dispute with alertpay anyway then you'll be fine. The problem only arises when they reject your claim.

yeah that should be supportive of your case, you would also strengthen your case massively if you could prove that he didn't deliver...
