Using Keywords Within Your Articles

Hello,

I had a question about something I was wondering. I am currently in the process of trying to get one of my websites ranked to the top of Google using Article Directories. For each article that I submit, it has me enter keyword separated by a comma.

I am currently trying to rank for 5-7 keywords on my site.

Should I only put the keyword the goes with that article, or should I put ALL my keywords in there? Would it hurt me if i used all of them or benefit me?

    You should only put your specific target keywords in the link to your website, and for the article directory keywords, use keywords that relate to the article.

    Try to put only one keyword and fill in the rest with different versions of the same keyword.
