Looking back, where I wish I would have started out is in product creation, list building, and joint ventures. It doesn't require any expense other than your time and you can leverage the traffic of others for free (you just give them a commission per sale)

Step 1: Interview a credible expert in a desperate niche that's profitable. You can find them here and most will let you interview them for free: RTIR: Radio-TV Inteview Report

Step 2: Either sell the interview itself, or turn the content from the interview into a report (and use the audio as a bonus or upsell) You can record phone calls with just Skype I believe (I use Pamela for Skype which costs a couple bucks)

Step 3: Write a salesletter... you can often get most of the material from the interview if you ask the expert the biggest problems people face when continuing to do (or not do) X, and how their lives will change if the do/don't do X. Check out this for copywriting tips.

Step 4: Go to Google, type in keywords related to your offer and contact the top 30 organic results, and all PPC results. Give them a very generous commission (100% is okay, you'll make your money on the backend with email followups promoting more interviews you do on the same subject or other people's products as an affiliate). You can give 100% commissions with the 7dollarscript which I believe is free. I use a paid version of that called Rapid Action Profits, but it's probably out of the budget right now.

Optional Step: Try doing the above again, but instead, find an authority who has an email list, interview them, and split the sales. People with big lists might not want to promote someone's product they just met, but have NO problem emailing for a product they had a hand in creating. You can either split the profits or give them 100% commission, just make sure you get to keep the buyer leads... then find more authorities in the same niche and do the same (this time, with more leverage because you have a list)

That's my advice... quick, surefire income that doesn't require any special skills, and each time you repeat this in the same niche the $$$$$ goes up, and up...
