      Dave,

Just FYI, I unsubscribed from a marketer's list a couple of weeks back, yet still received subsequent mailings. When I tried to unsubscribe again, the system told me I was already unsubscribed.

      He was using iContact.

I'm wondering whether there may be a fault with their unsubscribe function. If so, that could explain the sudden influx of complaints.

I signed up with them also and got the same frozen account thing and this was on the second day of having the account and I had only sent one non-commercial email thus far. I dumped them fast and got automateyourlist.com, which is an Aweber reseller with great prices. I have a 0% spam rate with them. I don't spam my list.

Something else to consider. Yahoo accounts seem to have become a problem. Several threads here have told of the same problem and Yahoo accounts were the comman denominator.

Maybe you could block sign ups with them.

    Thanks,

    John

Yeesh that is harsh. They should probably work on a better complaint per month ratio though.
