Question On Making Videos

I was wondering if you are allowed to take an article that you didn't write and turn it into a video. Even if you were to just read it on the video?

How are people doing this?

Please forgive me if this a serious bad thing to even think about doing...I am new to the video thing and want to get a video out there in the easiest way possible.

Regards.

No - if you do not own the content, you can not reproduce it in any format.

There is a lot of PLR out there though that you could read and record a video on. I am not sure if it would be intriguing or entertaining or interesting at all just to read out the top stories on Digg or anything.

I have never done this but I have had this idea that instead of having a series of posts on a topic to instead just write them out and talk about each of them as a sort of series for Youtube. This seems like it would be a great idea
