-How to HIDE Specific Blog posts? Making them viewable to Just some people?

I have a wordpress blog with 24 posts, and Will be having blog posts 25, 26 and 27
up soon, for my Email list to see, via a link in their email box.

Here is how i will send the

Email Message 1 - Week 1- Blog post 25

Email Message 2- Week 2- Blog post 26

Email Message 3- Week 3 - Blog post 27

The thing is, on week 1, i dont want them to see blog posts 26 and 27 (as it will ruin the surprise) so i need away of hiding them blog posts, from the Main homepage/accessibility of the blog.

If on week 1, they Search theblog and see Blog post 25, 26 and 27..... then this will ruin the surprise as i want them to see Blog posts 26 and 27 in a few weeks, via the Autoresponders.

How can i do this, and hide the specific posts? (I dont mind them reading posts 1, 2, 3, 4, ... 24, but want posts 25, 26 and 27 hidden)

What are my options?

Remember i am constantly getting new subcribers who are getting autoresponder emails 1, 2, 3 etc... so If i publish them when Last weeks subscribers subscribed, then next weeks subscribers will see them, as there will be the delay,

But when NEW email subscribers subscriber in 1 month, then all the 3 posts, 25, 26 and 27 will be visible to them.

Make those posts password protected, and send the password in the the auto responder email the day you intend them to see it.

You can password protect your post by clicking on Visibility and then Password Protect on your dashboard.

This is the best investment I have seen in ages - For just $1.00 you can get 4 coaching sessions - And the coaching is from internet marketing legend Chris Record.

I was also thinking that, but is there a way to do this Without passwords?

Yeah I agree with the above, password protect those particular pages then people can only access them when you want them to. It's a cool feature, I use it to get people to go to the blog, if they have a password they think it's specialer than an ordinary one.

  • You can use the Wordpress Product Launch Theme that unlocks specific posts depending on how far your subscribers are into your mailing sequence.

What you want is dripping content: not by date but relative to the subscription day/week.

The theme mentioned above does the trick.

Beside that membership plugins/solutions also are able to do this.
