Backlinking frequency and quantity
I have a couple sites up and running and I'm outsourcing the bulk of my backling. I have two services I'm using, one is getting 40 to 80 forum profile backlinks and the other is getting 350 article directory submissions.
My question is, how frequently should I be doing these two packages? Should I do this once a month, once a week, or does it just depend on how many backlinks the competition has? Most of my keywords are long-tail and between 800 to 2000 searches a month and low competition.
