Which Affiliate Software should I use?

I produce a new networking and speaker event in Toronto and recently I used the idev system with our event site (torontoactionsummit.com) and unfortunately I received many complaints from our affiliates and speakers regarding how the affiliate system was setup. Due to the nature of this being a mostly offline networking crowd it was suggested time and time again that instead of the system issuing unique affiliate links to the affiliates that in fact it would be more beneficial if it issued unique coupon codes to identify the customer with their perspective referrer. That way all the speakers and affiliates can just tell people verbally the site name where they can buy tickets and the coupon code to get a discount. Naturally you wouldn't get the benefit of tracking leads but I don't think these peeps would care.

Can anyone suggest the best software that issues unique coupon codes rather than links? Your input is greatly appreciated.
