What's the Deal With Inbound Ezine Links for Others Outranking My Articles
I just noticed some guy's article is outranking mine (his one page 1, mine on page 2) in Google but I can't explain it unless it's a honeymoon issue.
Using yahoo's backlink checker and another backlink checker they both show he's got 23 links, all inbound from ezine like just because a link to his article appears on similar articles (a few of mine for example!). Mine's got 31 links all inbound from Ezine and i'm at the bottom of page two and i'm 4 months older than his which was written 2 weeks ago. How is this explained?
Plus, I've rewritten my article and resubmitted to a handful of other article directories yet those links aren't even showing in yahoo or the other tool. I'd discount that to the backlink tool doesn't show all links, but both tools show the same amount of links otherwise.
