hiring a full-time VA

would you hire a Va if they would undergo training for a very low pay? I mean, would it be something that you'll look forward to if possible?

all the best,

Absolutley... but your business should be at that point where it makes sense.
If you're overwhelmed by tedious tasks like backlinking, research, etc., then
freeing up your time so you can concentrate on the creative and customer
service aspects of your business is a smart move. You'll end up being more
productive and profitable as a result.

I'm considering building a service that caters to this. more on that my company will take the risk on hiring people for a fee. we will have real screening and 2 week period etc.

And yeah at the risk of sounding like high and mighty, i'm doing it to help employ more people with minimal income from it. I just see alot of good people -- not seasoned homebased individuals who can be given a chance.

The thing with Filipinos is we're big with loyalty and we are hard working, problem is once we get to a point where we know we're 'in demand' where we are considered good or seasoned, we feel that we can do anything.

Hence, all my staff are trained individuals from their fields, instead of getting from online sources.

So far only 1 out of 11 has left the company for health reasons.

      I'm thinking about this...

      all the best,
