How are you guys getting your traffic?

I know a lot of people complain about PPC being dead/being shut out etc. I also see a lot of people still talking about article marketing.

I just wondered what the majority of folks are doing to generate traffic to their offers these days?

After working on my own projects for a while now, I feel a bit isolated and curious as to what others are doing. I hate to leave my finger off the pulse for more than a month or two!

I would imagine Facebook, blogging and Youtube are going to be some common replies... but still would like to know!

    Honestly, I think the best traffic will come from building a list. However you still have to get traffic to your squeeze pages to get a list so here's a few ways I get traffic to my squeeze pages to build a list and in return send highly targeted traffic to my offers.

    Here is how i get traffic to squeeze pages to build my list:
    Article marketing
    You Tube videos
    Giveaway events (awesome source b/c these are responsive ppl that read someone else's email to get to the giveway event in the first place)
    Adwords (hardly as effective as it was 5 years ago, at least for me)
    And of course I pick up a few from WF and other forums I participate in.

    Don't know If I helped or not, kinda an indirect answer, but its an honest answer as it is what i personally do to get traffic to my offers.

      All these methods above plus:
      *Safelist
      *Blog Commenting
      *List builders
      *Craig List
      *traffic exchange
      *Adswops
      *Solo ads(planning to use this method soon)

      If you want traffic then you really need to be doing a little bit of everything. BTW some of these methods are paid methods and some are free.

    Build a list is a great way to do it.

    Funny, I got alot of ways and video was the one on the list. Check my WSO shows how I get lots for free.

    Some methods include
    - video
    - social bookmarking
    - classifieds
    - document websites
    - blogs
    - forums
    and a lot more
