Where can I find U.S College students to outsource to?

Yeah, the universities themselves. All of my contract editors are grad students and all I did was email the uni stating that I would like to advertise a job for their English grads. They then emailed out the advert to all grad English students for free.

If your local uni's have a career service or department that would be your best bet.

I did the same but put a notice on their notice board. You can also do the same at colleges etc.

does it have to be a US college student? i have a big crush on Outsource to Freelancers, IT Companies, Programmers, Web Designers from India, Russia, USA, and more for outsourcing

Well the College students needs to actually be at the College to do this. It's a simple process but I'm not currently going to College right now.
