How To Build a PROFITABLE List in Record Time

Hi Guys

I know we have some list building experts up in here and want you to chip in.

What in your opinion is the quickest route to creating a PROFITABLE list and how would you go about it?

ANY KILLER TRICKS ... please tell all

The important focus here is on the word PROFITABLE.

    To build a PROFITABLE list, focus on targeting BUYERS
    rather than simply subscribers.

    So, target places where BUYERS of the products you
    intend to sell, congregate.

    For example, in the Internet Marketing field, the WSO
    forum is place that is visited by rabid buyers of Internet
    Marketing products and services.

    Go where the BUYERS are.

    Sell the BUYERS what they're already proven to buy.

    (Another place is on other people's "Thank you for your
    purchase" pages).

    Get a PLR stuff in your niche.
    Tweak and Tune the PLR.
    Create a Squeeze page and provide your PLR for FREE.
    You can use Adwords/Social Media to Bring Traffic to the Squeeze page!

    If you want to build a list in IM niche,
    As a War Room member I believe you know lot of Stuff about IM.
    Write an eBook in your core competence.
    Give it as a FREE WSO (I believe its possible) or share it at Make Money Online section of WF!
    Capture the leads!

    Once you have the seed list participate in ad swaps to make your list big!

    I am going to post this answer that I gave in another post, but I think is very relevant:

    1.- buy a cheap domain name.
    2.- buy a cheap hosting plan.
    3.- Set up an adwords account.
    4.- BID for the keywords you are interested the most (dont bid for one phrase keyword, go with longer ones, the keyword that define a problem, but define it pretty well example: dont go for: dating, go for: how to date, double my dating, etc..)
    5.- Buy an auto responder.
    6.- Create a report explaining how to solve the problem your keywords are pointing out.
    7.- Include this report in your auto responder.

    VOILA!!!! you need to spend the money to acquire the leads, the prospects, believe me they dont care if your page is ugly or beauty, they have a problem and need a solution now, they are already looking for a solution, these are your guys!!! dont waste your money where you are not going to get it back
