    Ever heard about right-click with your mouse? In the popup menu you will have an item "view Source..." or something similar referring to the source code.

    Click it. -> Read carefully what shows up. If you find anything saying wp or wordpress - it is a wordpress site.

    Yes, it is wordpress.

    That header gizmo (moving) is probably a flash header... but that has nothing to do with the theme - you can have it anywhere.

    And if you have some developer tool installed on your FF browser, or firebug... then you can always peek at the stylesheet:
