Some useful social media videos
Hi all,
I've just thrown up a quick post on my blog after doing some looking into social media, something I've always been aware of but never fully understood the power of. Anyhow I've found some useful explanation videos which could be useful to others.
1. Social media in three minutes (courtesy of upsidedowniceberg.com) - essentially gives you a clear understanding of what social media is, why it's important to your business and how it can add value to your business. Not bad for three minutes!
2. How to use social media to promote blogs (courtesy of Darren Rowse of problogger.net) - This is a useful video on for how social media should be used for any online business model really, and uses the concept of having a home base (your site) and outposts (social media tools and accounts) to build a customer base.
3. Social Media Revolution - is a very cool video from socialnomics.com on why social media is important with some very interesting statistics!
