Where is the best place to sell websites?

Where is the best place to sell websites? The web-sites will have unique content but not much traffic or revenue-sometimes even nil. 5 page or 10 page sites.

I have seen them sell on Digital Point and Flippa. what price would you sell these for?

    Flippa is good or there are other forums to sell them at too which are free.

    If you have no income, traffic, page rank and/or backlinks your asking price will be low.

    The more you have of the above 4 factors as well as things like subscriber lists and ebooks the better the asking price.

    Without seeing your sites or knowing more details it's very difficult to say what they might be worth.

    Depending on what "other" value you might be offering, and if the answer to that is none, you won't get much for them.

    If it's a 5 page site with unique content: $50

    A 10 page site: $70.

    I think these are fair prices, considering 5 articles unique alone-without a site-could cost you $25.

    So for $50 you get: A WordPress site with 5 unique articles.
