I used to do article marketing, and video review sites that got picked up by google.
Now, I'm into Facebook. Facebook is the new Google, and everyone is trying to work out an angle on marketing with Facebook.

I'm sure you have heard of google's development called "Google Me" its going to be the newest social networking site out. The Big G is committing some serious man power to combat the possibility of Facebook's eventual take over. Will be interesting.

Back to the topic, I developed software to help manage and maximize the users on Facebook so that I can not only market my products, but also drive traffic, and rank for hard to rank keyword terms/phrases. Lots of tricks out there, but to be honest I will be a die hard WH SEO type.

        Hey thanks fbdevil,

Believe or not, I really have not heard of "Google Me." I'm definitely going to do some research and check it out. I love this place. Just hangout and learning new stuff.

I think that social media is the best for getting traffic. Youtube is great too if you have some awesome, funny videos with a nice and eye catching titles, something that would make people desperate to see. There are always others great methods. However, I have limited knowledge about it. My apology.

If you have any other great ideas, let me know.

SEO is definately the best way for me but it takes a long time for new websites to start ranking within the search engines. Having said that I love to use PPC if it is a unique product that I have created and can factor costs into the overall price, still have an audience wanting to buy and at the end of the day still make a decent profit. Generally I don't like to use PPC when promoting affiliate products.

It depneds on the market but Facebook advertising is doing pretty well these days. I still love SEO. Video and Social Media are also fantastic. Article marketing can also play a good role.

It depends on your target market

I use article marketing. I post to article directories as well as my own sites. But for quick profits with a budget, PPC is a quick method for earning money. BUT Be careful! You must know how to use it, otherwise you will be in trouble because you will loose money.

One place not mentioned is Exactseek.

It's not ppc you pay $12 for a quarter of the year for a keyword or phrase and they have 200 or more search engines carry your ad to click on, just like Adwords ads.
