How To Make Best Out Of Well Written Articles ?

Hi,

I am practicing article marketing for promoting my sites. However as of now I submit my articles to only one particular top directory which is yielding good results. I am not submitting the article to other directories as they might not get ranked as the same article from previous directory has got indexed.

Is there some way I can make most out of every well written articles ?

    If you have very well-written articles, and you are in a niche you intend to occupy for a long time, you could start building a private list of publishers who want your good articles as they are written.

    For such a niche, my sequnce would be:

    > First on my own site - always.
    > Once indexed, the article would go to the private list.
    > A few days after that, it goes to 'my' article directories - the ones that have given me the best results
    > At some later time, it may be submitted to a number of other directories for the backlinks.

    I am not submitting the article to other directories as they might not get ranked as the same article from previous directory has got indexed.
    Well if you don't submit them you can be assure that they will not get ranked! On the other hand, if you do then you get a bunch of chances for your content to be seen.

    I would spread them around just like JohnMcCabe says above and maybe even put them on some Web2.0 sites too!

      Your goal with article marketing should not be to get your articles ranked on other people's property, not as long as you own your own sites. Your sites are what you want to rank. Post your work on your site, get it indexed and then start submitting those to directories.
