Apart from the two people who are selling their wso e-book is anyone else making any sort of money from infobarrel yet?

I have seen alot of advice posted online from people saying its due to be the next hubpages or squidoo, but im wondering if anyone is making money from it yet without needing to write at least 5000 articles like i saw someone propose to do!

I haven't used InfoBarrel personally. I noticed on the monthly income report at Pat Flynn's blog SmartPassiveIncome.com that he makes a little bit each month. I don't think he has pursued it much. You could probably make a few extra bucks from it if it's worth your time.

      He has one article posted.

WSOs aside, I highly encourage anyone to do a detailed analysis of their growth trends, revenue share offerings, quality control process, TOS, and functionality, as they relate to similar website platforms, and you'll see that they are hard charged to make a Top-200 (at least) alexa property.

One of the owners, Ryan, commands over $10,000+ a month for his social media consultation services, on the side. On top of that, whether people choose to write for them or not, the ownership is currently targeting hugely trafficked keywords that will bring the site tremendous growth come November-December (It is also already ranking quite high for a particular seasonal keyword that, around the Winter season, is searched tens of thousands of times a DAY) Just watch

Yes, did you read their TOS before submitting? The rejection wouldn't have been a surprise to you had you done so, which is recommended regardless of where you publish content online. No call-to-actions are allowed, but, you ARE allowed contextual links.

I have made a little over $3. I started this month. I have 24 articles published. A little over half are used mainly for backlinking, the others to add a bit to my adsense earnings.

You can have two contextual links in the article, plus a couple of links in your signature file (which I believe can be call to action, but I would need to double check).

If you have the call to action in the actual article of course it will be rejected. I don't know of a single article directory that allows that.

For the sake of this thread, I removed my signature.

I currently have around 250 articles and make over $300 month there, in consistent passive income. Bear in mind, in my early days of writing there, I gave little consideration to SEO as I do now...for that reason, many of my initial articles don't earn very much.

One of my friends has over 300 articles, and is flirting with the $1,000/month mark right now....He earns $30-$35 a day....He's good at SEO, but lazy...lol....I have to hound him to keep producing content...

You do all understand that this is currently a PR4 (albeit, massively growing) website, right? These results are incredibly significant on a site that has significantly less search engine authority than Squidoo, or HubPages.....THIS is why this site is growing so fast....

On top of that, I didn't really even begin dabbling in clickbank affiliations until a few weeks ago. My friends earnings were completely pure of affiliate links. ALL his monthly revenue has come from Google Adsense revenue share.
