Stringing CPA Offers together via PHP

A competitor of mine is giving something that I SELL away for FREE.

Hes doing it by making people fill out CPA offers before awarding them the product, for free.

Is there any info on creating sites that do this? Anyone know about this?

    Some CPA offers allow incentives, some don't. He could be breaking the rules of his affiliate network by incentivizing the offer, but maybe not. It's a common practice.

    Someone else might be able to help you. I hand code my own stuff but don't do much with CPA offers and nothing with incentives.
