The warrior collective intelligence naturally determines what is being pushed. Supply vs Demand. Every void is filled, every question is answered. It makes no sense to push something that people aren't asking for... so, natural consequences dictate that those dont last long anyway.

Just like with ebay "The market decides what is a fair price and what is a popular subject".

Something that happens so much on this forum that there are specific rules and regulations against it.

Thus; this did not come from a singular viewpoint, but from a collective viewpoint that has been supported over time.
