Need Help in Flipping

I have a website which is
1) getting 55-60K Visitors per month from Google
2) Earning $8-10 per day with adsense.
3) Has somewhere around 1500 pages indexed and many of them rank on page 1.
4) It's an autoblog

I want to sell it off as the CPC is quite low. Would like to get some money and start some new sites. I am confused what should be the price of such a website which is earning approx $300 a month on auto. Planning to put it on Flippa.

How much should i charge? Are there any services which could put my site on flippa for me with a good sales letter ?

Just add the facts about your site, this should usually be enough.

Many sites can sell for around 6 times monthly earnings or as much as 12.

    Maybe a figure around $2,300

I have no idea how to set the reserve and all that, i once had put it on auction when it was earning approx $30 a month, then i removed it from the auction coz i got badly confused with the reserve price settings, because of which one guy bidded $200 and another guy bidded $10 . I don't want to accidentally sell it for peanuts.

When you start the listing, you fill out everything one by one. Set your reserve. Set a BIN if you want one. It's simple. A step by step process once you click the button to start a new listing. Make sure you give screen shots for proof of traffic and income and referrers for proof of where the traffic is coming from.

How long has the site been earning this amount? The longer the earning history the more you can charge.

If your site is earning $300/month and it has been doing that for 3/4 months, you should be able to make 8 to 10 times the earnings easy.

I would set a reasonable reserve, start the auction and low proce to entice bidding and pay attention the tags that you use in the auction.

Look up the tagged area and see what the highest tagged terms are, and use those for your listing.

Also depends on the keyword's you rank for. You could be number one on google for a bunch of keywords that get jack stats per month.

$3-4K sounds like a lot to me for your stats. The key here is to
set a perfect BIN for your site if you really wanna sell it.
You will need to describe how exactly the site is making revenue and
how it can make more to your potential bidders.

You need to give a precis reason to them for buying your blog...

I'd set it at $3,000 but it does matter if it has been earning for awhile or is fairly new. A good sales letter with a lot of proof of income and traffic will help.

hmmm... i guess then i'll wait for a month or two and then sell it off... who i knows it might even start earning more. The main reason y i want to sell it off is cz then i'll get a good amount to invest in IM, maybe il outsource some services and do a lot of R&D. I know it all takes time, but due to some reasons, i dont have all that time(i wish i had). So this big investment will definitely help IMO.
