Private Label Rights Products.

In the United States, if you buy a Private Label package product, can limitations be imposed, such as:

1- Must be sold for no less that specified price!
2- Can not be used as a bonus to another paid product!
3- can only sell/bundle a maximum of three products from this 50 product package at any
one time, or sale. (Only 3 of these products can be bundled per sale)(numbers may vary)
4- You cannot add more than 3 products from this 50 product package to a paid membership site!

Yes. I dont know about legally but I have seen these kinds of limitations.

Hi,

Are you talking about digital products?

Assuming that it is, different PLR products have different limitations offered by the seller.

You can always check out from the sellers before buying the PLR products.

Whether anyone will follow the restrictions is another matter! People will always buy PLR and then try and resell it for pennies on the dollar - regardless of restrictions.

I have spoke with others and they have told me that those are not binding in the
United States.
Any Legal Beagles out there??

I think the only real way to enforce something like this is to have all the licensing done in one place on your central site, which really then amounts to an affiliate type program.
