I need help on Site Flipping!

Hello warriors,
I have been searching for a way to make money online and finally decided to settle for site flipping. meanwhile I have bought many ebooks on site flipping but what I dont really understand is the "keyword research" which I believe is the key to success in site flipping business.
I will appreciate any help or recommendations on this.

    Being lazy is not how you will be successful in this biz.

    While I dont mind helping complete newbies, there's a difference between being new and being too lazy to even look around.

      The keyword research is mainly for the on page SEO. I use Micro Niche Finder, but I don't build all of my sites around a keyword. For example, one site I recently sold was a men's online magazine, so there are many keywords that you can target with that type of site. Those types of sites are the ones I like to build the most ... not just men's but "authority" type sites that have a lot of categories and a lot of keywords to target.

      But for keyword research, Micro Niche Finder and Market Samurai are both great. Then you can build articles for the site around popular search terms.

    Find keywords with the Google Keywords Tool and what you want to do is find keywords with low competition and a lot of traffic.

    Hope that helps, I would posts a link to the google keyword tool, but I'm not allowed. So for now, just Google it.
