I need a good exit popup for Wordpress...

I would like to be able to create my own exit pop on Wordpress. It needs to be able to do the following...

1. I want to be able to create it in HTML.

2. I want to be able to customize the width, height, etc

3. I want to be able to make sure it only pops so many times per user.

Anyone have any suggestions? Many of the ones I've found do not let me do my own HTML.

OR...if you have another idea, I would love to hear it. I'm looking to use this to gather emails for an email ecourse.

    I have Action Pop, but I don't see where you can actually create a pop in HTML

    go to the settings page and right there it tells you to enter the HTML of your popup...
