bonuses for a sale letter

Hi
I would appreciate some advise-I have what I perceive to be a reasonably good electronic product that I want to attempt to sell using a good sales letter-what I am struggling with is where do I get a free bonus or bonuses to tag on to the offering? Any advise most welcome!

You can either, create the bonuses yourself by using:
    Audio
    Video
    Charts
    DVD set
    Transcripts

Or have others on a lance site create it for you!

Elance | Outsource to freelance professionals, experts, and consultants - Get work done on Elance
Guru.com ? Find Freelancers for Hire. Get Your Project Done.

Those are decent lance sites, that you can outsource... your bonus creations.

Is it something for which you could create a report - maybe an expanded user manual to make it easier?

The best bonuses are ones that (1) are relevant to the product and (2) add value to the product. Anything else is garbage. It used to be popular to add 50 PLR packages to a product, claim they're worth $2,000 and call them bonuses. Most people see through that stuff now. I think instead of looking to find bonuses somewhere, you should create them yourself. The bonuses can be simple, as long as they are relevant and add value. Without knowing what your product is, it's tough to make specific suggestions. But good bonuses could include telling how to get more out of the product, or a special way to use the product for greater results, or a checklist that helps customers take action with the product, or a list of resources that complement the product (include affiliate links for additional revenue), or a traffic tip that helps users promote the product... OR split off a section of your product and make it a bonus. For instance, if your product was "7 Ways to Drive Tons of Traffic to Your Blog," make the product "5 Ways..." and include the last 2 ways as a bonus.

Dont over do the bonuses or over think them. Remember they should compliment your main product. If they appear cheap and nasty then this could reflect on your main product.

The bonuses could be something that make using your product easier ie short cuts or it could be even personal help or coach.

If your still struggling then get some decent PLR and re-work it with your own touch.

If you cannot think of a bonus, don't add one. In my opinion bonuses should be used sparingly and they really should be quite amazing, not just thrown together for the hell of it. What I like to do as a "bonus" is allow people to contact me and position my contact information as being quite a bonus, which therein positions me as being more trustworthy and experienced, as well as having great customer service.

My opinion is don't cram one in there or take the time to think of one and use it as an upsell later ;D

In my mind bonuses should enhance the product you're already selling by creating extra value. So put yourself in the shoes of your customer what else could you add to this product that would compel your customers to buy from you?

Also take a look at some other products in your niche and see what other bonuses are being offered?

Don't reinvent the wheel here just take a look at what works and duplicate it. But try and offer as much value as you possibly can.

PLR are great for bonuses as all you need to do is slap a new ecover on it and you've got yourself a new product. Make sure you read any PLR you plan to buy and add as a bonus. In any market there's a lot of crap out there, so use due diligence.

Consider creating an .mp3 recording of your product or mindmaps etc. Free product upgrades always catch my eye but make sure you plan to follow up on this before making the offer, else you'll lose a lot of credibility.

    Garry.
