Hey everyone

I've been reading a lot on this site, and decided its time to make a move.

1st off 19 year old australian, that is working in the mining industry. This means I have little to no expenses and get a fat pay check every week

I would be willing to invest most of my pay and spare time into creating an online business for myself.

I have looked at outsourcing most of the work, which sounds like a good idea but not to sure what sort of business to start, whether it be affiliate marketing or becoming a vendor.

Would anyone be willing to give me some ideas or point me in the right direction.

Hey there I'm an aussie too.

Since you have some money to invest I would suggest that you go to Flippa: The #1 Marketplace for Buying and Selling Websites and look at some established businesses on there to buy.

hi there, you could do a search for adsense and find sites that are making that way, you can also do a search for clickbank, you may find products that are already established in clickbank that you can take over, that's a great way to start

        regards

          Or worse yet, "WSO dependency".

From my personal experience, the absolute most solid way to create a business online is to develop your OWN product or service. Period.

Find something you are passionate about, write a book, sell it.

Take the customers who bought your front end product and upsell them on a higher end product.

          Rinse and repeat.

Since you have some funds, most of the technical and development stuff can be outsourced, allowing you to focus on core concepts and business strategy.

Affiliate, CPA and the like are great and they have their place. But, you are giving up a considerable amount of control in your own destiny by using other people's stuff to make money.

That's just my opinion anyway. Hope it helps.
Thanks for the reply Josh. That sound like a great idea, problem is im terrible at writing (plus I hate it ). Would it be a good idea to do some market research and find a profitable niche, then just hire a ghostwriter to create me a product?

I will look into that. With the clickbank sites, do they usualy come with a the product, or is it just and affiliate site?

It appears you have done some research and all of the information available is a bit overwhelming. I believe it has been overwhelming for most of us starting out.

Creating your own website and outsourcing are great ways to get started quick, but you don't want to spend all of that hard earned money even quicker.

The best way is to find an instructor that you believe you can trust and let that person guide you through the rough spots without spending all of your money in one spot. You not only need a guide but also an educator on all of the niches that might fit your profile of interests.

From the information I have been reading from the other warriors you have started in the right place. Now further your research and contact the one that seems to fit your needs.

It looks to me like you will do great!.
