Wordpress Premium Theme?

I've been checking out the different sites and templates sold here and on Flippa and I noticed that there seems to be a similarity in the theme that active sellers are using. It looks to be a magazine style. Is it Thesis? :confused: I noticed that the sellers all say that it's a premium theme that is $70+ before customization.

        Check out Woo ... The ones I use are called Gazette, but Woo does have some magazine style and the Revolution is magazine style. I also use arthemia pro and it's a great magazine style.

    Most people that sell complete sites as PLR package or complete start up sites will either be using the Gazette edition from Woo themes or one of the Studiopress themes, in most cases Church or Lifestyle.

    If you find that there seems to be a similarity in the theme, I guess most of them must be PLR products. Yes, they are not original works indeed.
