I sell my own products - great, I make good money offline..cool, however...??

Hi Troops

Yeah, weird one. I have about 3 products out there which do quite well, although would be nice to get more affiliates. I'm also doing well now making money for OTHER businesses by doing their marketing...ok..cool.

But as for making decent, consistent money with affiliate marketing, it has always been a bit of a mystery. Truth be told, in hindsight (that wonderful thing), I probably shouldn't have tried to do it all myself...you know, build the site, all the research, the graphics, writing the copy, the emails, the articles, the social bookmarking and so on.

If I had my time again, with all the money I had at the beginning, I wish I just gave it all to a team of some sort and said "there, here's some moolah, turn it into more moooolah".

In other words, hand over a working system (outsource) which although costs money up front, would quickly give a good return on investment.

Due to commitments I now have with clients, I just don't have time to do all the articles writing (well, I outsource those already), but all the testing, research, creating blogs etc.

So, at last, what I am asking is does anybody know of a good complete set of systems you can buy which you can easily hand over to outsourcers and get it all done for you?

I have bought a few of Rob Howard's products (ccmusicman) and I have to say his stuff is very good. So I'm looking for more products like that which could help me further.

Any ideas? Or I would like to hear your opinions if you think this is just NOT the approach, that I'm being a lazy b*****d, any comments welcome, I'm old enough and ugly enough to take it lol

Many thanks
Phil

I'm afraid I am so new to IM that I cannot give you much in the way of recommendation on outscourcing references. But I can tell you that in my oppinion outscourcing is the way to go.

First off outscourcing is the greatest way to ensure that the jobs you are not up to will be handled more professionally than you would be able to. I am learning this now having outscourced some copywriting, and I am atm outscourcing some design work on my website.

But the most important reason for outscourcing is that you will be able to focus on only the tasks that you enjoy doing. My experience is that if you try to handle all tasks, then the less interesting one will take 3x as long and not be the same quality as you could get for a nominal fee when outscourced.

Just my 2 cents worth, but it seems you are getting into the right mindset

    Kind regards

Since each biz is different, I don't think you can just "buy a system which you can over to outsourcers".

One service which does most of the things you mentioned is Traffic Sage - Website Promotion Made Easy!. I've never tried them, by it's run by Ron Douglas and Mike Ambrosio, so you can't really go wrong there.

    HI Guys

Yeah, outsourcing is the way for sure...and I did actually use Traffic Sage as it happens to get my guitar product ranked well for phrases I was targeting.

I'm more talking about for an affiliate marketing model. Either with getting blogs set up on converting niches, then using articles to drive traffic, but having them tracked etc. Or going down the squeeze page route.

My basic problem used to be I had lots of time but no money to do that. Now I have the money to invest, but no time, hence why I'm looking for a model / system which I can outsource, whether through Odesk or whatever.
