refund from clickbank

I normally would not go to click bank for a refund however...i bought something that imho is garbage...i did not know it has software designed to get around facebook for advertising (how long before they catch on?) with an upsell for a website (this is just a wp blog on a 100 meg server) that is subscription of $47 a month (stupid me) i have no intention of flaming who i bought it from here but...how do you get a refund from clickbank? any help would be appreciated thx

    You can email clickbank customer support. Make sure to include your purchase ID. Tell them about your situation.

    Note: If you keep asking for refund multiple times, your account will be blocked from further purchase from clickbank. You will no longer be able to buy anything from clickbank in the future. Just want to let you know

    In your download email there is a link to customer support. It you can simple process a refund request through their support.

    Carl,

    Intials of this product AVA. The sales page was completely misleading and I got it and refunded it after debating. However in my books this is something short term and totally gaming Facebook

    Create a support ticket with Clickbank and one of the options I believe is a refund.

      I bought the same product and also requested and received a refund. I took a 3-tier approach. I e-mailed the product support twice over a few days (no responses), I submitted request to Clickbank for a refund, and then I submitted a dispute with PayPal.

      Clickbank issued the refund, so I think that step is what actually worked. It took about 4 business days, I think, from the time I submitted the support request to Clickbank to get the refund.

        Clickbank makes the refund process easy and secure but it's not instant. It might take a day or two especially if it's a weekend. I can't believe you would then go and file a PayPal dispute because you were impatient. PayPal disputes are not supposed to be abused in that way.

    Click Banks refund policy allows for returns - not sure it your problem is included, but look at it here: Return and Cancellation Policy - ClickBank

    Fill out the form on their website - the seller has 24 hrs to respond

    Looks like a great return policy to me - I just sort of let the awful program go that I purchased a few months ago. It was a cheap one-time purchase. I just don't buy sub $127 dollar products anymore.

    I found that the higher dollar amounts produce better results. Because at that level - I am motivated to ask for my money back. At $37, not so much.

    - recurring, I would not be so kind. It would be immediate and swift.

    I Bought complete garbage guides too but they said go back to clickbank always when i emailed them were they supposed to refund me or did i just get a bad history of refunding from clickbank?

    Don't just send an email to support, but look for your purchase receipt email from clickbank.

    On it you will be able to click on a link to get "customer service" - from there there is a whole host of options, of of them to ask for customer service / technical support.

    Simply fill the form in and select "Other" --> Refund Request from the options - it is automatic and you will get a refund within 24 hours.

    I wonder if a higher refund impacts a product. This products got a crazy gravity and people have been sending letters like crazy. However I am hearing about soo many refunds all over the place.

        Yeah I got a refund for this product as well. I never even got the upsells I paid for and couldnt get an answer from their support team.

        Click bank sends you an email when you make a purchase, if you forward that original email back to this address you start the process with out having to go to click banks web site.

        refunds@clickbank.com

        Face book is already been tipped of about this ATA product and are taking action.

        At some point the so called gurus need to understand that it's not all about the money in life.

        Cheating in life gets you no where in the end.

          Thanks for all the help everyone. I have received my refund on the product and the upsell (over priced website) has been canceled have reopened with click bank for a refund. Have a safe and happy weekend!!

          UPDATE: it took some doing but i got my refund back from clickbank thanks again for all the input and I consider this thread closed

    I'd agree that purchasers have every right to request a refund from Clickbank, especially if the product is utter garbage. From what I have heard and seen, there has been a proliferation of crazy "automated one-click" systems out on Clickbank recently, and the sales pages are so deceptive it's literally a crime - several people have written to me for help about this, and from what I can see the product delivered bears NO resemblance whatsoever to what was promised in the sales copy!

    Hopefully the high refund rates will spur product developers NOT to launch rehashed products with totally deceptive sales pages on Clickbank anymore (not very likely to happen though, unfortunately).
