How to launch a product in offline marketing with no internet, computer.

Hi guys, One of my close friend want to launch something in offline marketing. Its like pulses, rice, something like this which is day to day product and already got lot of competition. Now, he is very close friend of mine and i want him to succeed. We are going to launch this in Africa. I dont think african people will go to internet to purchase daily need products. My question is, how to launch such product ? We got good budget, something like $50k for first 3 months. Please give some advice. If you can share some books with me, that will also be helpful. We are thinking to target 1) National TV 2) Newspaper 3) Dealers 4) Magazine ads 5) Banner ads Is there any good course on how to get dealers for product? Any book you guys can recommend?     Not everyone (end consumer) in africa is going shopping on the internet.

    However, there is a sector of aspiring professionals and entreprenuers in Africa who are online.

    Market to those people, and create and opportunity for them to make alot of money representing your product to their respective towns or internationally on the internet.

    I have made a couple hundred thousand there selling wallpaper myself. People buy all kinds of things in bulk quantity there.

      You mentioned something about getting dealers.

      If this is the case, you can hire a bunch of telemarketers to call up dealers if there are many.

      If there are any trade shows in your area, you can promote your products there and also network with dealers and others that show interest in what you're offering.

    Utilize the media. Make something about your company unique (maybe a portion goes to charity) and contact all the media sources in your target area. Reporters are always looking for material. Just make sure it's something unique. It's a great way to advertise for free.
