Hello Warriors,
For a long time I've been trying to find ways to organize my self so I know the task and to accomplish them.

Internet marketing sure is about marketing in perhaps creating a website or writing articles. However it's important with timing as well and delaying your ideas can be drastic and obviously hurt your progress.

I am one who procrastinates a lot and it really hurts me.

So this is what I do now and I'm still seeing if it works for me but I'm sure it will and I hope it will help you all too.

Google has a thing call google task. It's a great feature and easy to use. You might think yeh I know this already and sure you do they've made it more easily accessible now.

I just recently found it when they changed the layout and this is how I use it.

I write down the task for the day and then to clear my mind of all my other responsibility so I can focus on today's task. I write down all my other things down without a due date so I don't have to worry about them.

I notice when I try to formulate a due date it's hard. Instead just focus on today's task is easier than to worry about the future.

I write them down though so I can stop worrying and trying to remember them being more free and easier to accomplish the day's task.

After the end of the day I go through my to do list and pick a few more sizable task to complete the next day.

The key is making realistic expectations. Don't picks 10 task you know will over work you the next day. I'm aiming more for moderation so I keep motivated.

Sorry for the bad grammar and rushed post. I'm writing this at 2am after planning my next day's task and was so eager I wanted to share it with you warriors so hopefully to help you if possible although I expect many of you to already know this.

Same here Benjamin. Procrastination is really a time killer. I usually fall into that trap especially when I have to do unpleasant taks or things I'm not really interested with.

Will check Google Task and see if it can help me too.

I just have my diary on my desk next to me and I write in my diary the tasks I need to do for the day. Then I cross them out once they are done and it sure gives you a nice sense of achievement at the end of the day if you get all the tasks done!

This is really helpful information. I really need to do a better job of breaking my activities down into to task. I seemed to get bogged down with trying to remember what I need to do and also over analyzing everthing. It's like sometimes I'm afraid to take action because I don't want to do it wrong. It is a huge waster of time. Thanks for the info.

No problem, I hope it can help others who perhaps have the same struggle as me. So far it's doing it's job as an organizer and reminder but I still have to do mine of actually doing it.

Tell me about it, I'm always cramming stuff at the last minute. Obligations and delaying potential opportunities. It hurts both business and personal relations.

I sincerely hope this can help you. It was the best I found while looking for a calender to plot my daily work. I notice sometimes when you think too far in to the future you feel more stressed and make unrealistic expectations that you end up not keeping so this was intended from what someone suggested to me to focus on your day's work and not a month from now.

It does help to write down your responsibilities so you can choose what you want to do the next day and forget about the rest. At least for me. No point carrying additional burdens or stresses right?

I should have done that a while ago but my writing is horrific so I guess google tasks is better for me.

The great thing with google task is that you can cross them out as well so I guess it's part of the psychological thing.

The important thing for me is not to overstack my list that it discourages me from starting. I guess I need a good balance.

      Thanks Tom,
It's great to know that someone can benefit from what I'm trying. I hope this will work for you. I struggle with time management and I know many others probably do.

      Hey Shahid,
All the best and I hope this will work for you. I also like how I can manage the task while I'm on my email which is most of the time I'm online

Thanks gentleness8, I hope this works for you. Personally I find it really helps to break down your obligations and write them all down so you don't need to worry about them.

But also accomplish the day's task so this allows and help you do both instead of having calendar and planning all ahead but accomplishing nothing. Also things pop up in life and there are road blocks so if you end up missing a day you feel discourage.
