fastest way to make money with clickbank as affiliate?

Would be grateful if people can share with me their experience with clickbank, how long can that take to break it down in average for a newbie ?

    Make a niche research, find a good niche, then make a keyword research, find a good long-tail keyword, buy a domain with that keyword, build a wordpress site, make a review of that product, make a section of articles and put some good articles related to that, build backlinks and take the money!

    It varies enormously.

    For the average newbie, it takes infinitely long, because the "average newbie" actually never succeeds at all. Far more people attempt it and eventually drop out and stop doing it than are ever successful. Sorry to sound so negative, but I'm afraid it's the truth. Fewer than 10% (actually a lot fewer than 10%) of Clickbank affiliates remain active (according to Clickbank).

    Other than that, it varies according to how persistent, well-informed, well-guided and (slightly) how lucky the newbie is, whose "information" on the subject they choose to believe, and their own willingness to take action.

    The fastest way is unquestionably to use PPC advertising (for people who know how to do that reliably), but that method's unsuitable for many. (I certainly wouldn't fancy it, myself: I prefer slower ways).

      I avoided CB for that very reason when I got started - it's super hard to get going as an affiliate on there because its very competitive. But if you can make it over that hurdle and stick around for a year, you should see some nice results.

    This really depends on you and what you are willing to do. If you have a lot of time you can make money today, but if you don't it could take a few months. Plus you might fail 5 times before finding a winner so there are way too many variables to give you a time period. I would suggest you find a method you like, work with it and worry about the money later. Get some things out there and go from there.

      I think average newbies have it really bad, especially because there are the "gurus" there to make them feel pathetic and reel them into a sales funnel out of sheer desperation, securing their business and teaching the newbies nothing much after

      @cashingblaster: Don't worry if you're new, we all start somewhere. Don't feel threatened by the swarm of marketers already on ClickBank if that's where you'd like to start. But you must do a few things to get yourself off the ground.

      If you feel new to the industry, which I sense by your post that you do, then I would strongly suggest first going to the nearest library and reading up on a book that deals with Direct Marketing. Yes, that may sound totally out of context, but it isn't.

      To be successful in Internet Marketing, you need to understand the nature of the business, which starts from the ground up with pure marketing principles.

      It's a tough road to start off with if you're a newbie, but keep your chin up, keep it real, don't fall for get rich schemes and don't listen to anyone who tells you that you can't do it. You can, but it will need time, education, and effort on your part to get started on the right, successful footing.

    The fastest way is through PPC. This is because you start getting instant targeted traffic and hopefully sales. Please note PPC can be very expensive. You may go for free methods of traffic generation if you do not have much money, but free methods are somehow slow.

    You need to start builing your list immediately from the targeted traffic you will be getting from PPC. So you need a squeeze page, autoresponder, email messages and a place to host your squeeze page.

    These days you can get a good free web host or very cheap one where you can host your website(squeeze page).

    Freehostia.com is free and quite good, you may go for hostgator if you can afford to pay for hosting.

    If you are a totally newbie and don't know anything about making money online or making money from clickbank yet, here are the few things I strongly suggest you to do

    Tip #1: Don't start making things your own yet. The first step is try to grab as many free resources as you can and read through those resources. The resources from making money online can be found in Warrior Forum here or online. Try to familiar yourself with a lot of methods to earn money online include making money from blog, making money from mini-sites, amazon, clickbank, cj, etc. Don't buy any products yet. At the starting point you only want to grab free products and make yourself familiar with the "wheel"

    Tip #2: Study about Search engine optimization. This is crucial step to earn money because most affiliates sales are based on two things: traffic from the search engine and from the email. Pay attention to build backlinks. The good book that I can recommend you is The art of SEO, O'Reilly publisher and SEO Warrior, O'Reilly publisher as well.

    Tip #3: At this point you start making things on your own and study along with doing things. Follow the process: niche research -> product research -> keyword research -> build site -> fill it with articles -> marketing to those article pages to rank high -> get traffic -> capture the leads by email marketing -> initial sale -> upsell -> sell through email

      Many of these people have great ideas. My own personal method is just SEO. I rank for micro niche sites on google and sell clickbank products, adsense ads, amazon and much more.

    You can get lucky with a commission here and there doing article marketing and ppc but the real fast way to make constant and steady commission is through your list of loyal subscribers. I don't think there's any other way around it.
