I Need some advice on traffic generation

Hi, guys.

I would greatly appreciate any advice you guys could give me for creating more traffic to my sites. I have one WordPress site and multiple Squidoo lenses.

I also have 23 articles live through Ezine, Articlebase, Associated Content, and a few others pointing to my lenses and 1 article waiting to be listed pointing to my WordPress site. I've also posted all my lenses and WordPress site to socialposter, 3stepads, feedster, and feedage, but I still haven't gotten any significant amounts of visitors to my sites. I am luck to have 1 visit a day at each of these sites.

Is there something else I should be doing to increase traffic to my sites? I am still trying to use free methods at this time until some money starts to come in.

    your effort, i believe is in the right direction. however there are too many factors to consider. one of the major factor is your targeting kw. if you are competing in a very competitive niche and only relying on those efforts, it will be very difficult.

    Its important not to forget to use direct linking efforts. Article sites are great but it takes a few clicks to get to your site. Use social bookmarking, twitter, linked in, facebook, url submission sites, forum posting, blog commenting, press releases, to help your efforts

    In order to get a LOT of traffic, you should not just focus on article marketing but on many other methods such as twitter, forum, ppc, and seo.

    For twitter, you should find people asking questions related to your niche and provide them answers in your link.

    For Forum, use signature file to get more traffic to your squeeze page.

    For PPC, this is a sure way to get more traffic but you need to have some budget.

    For SEO, it probably takes a lot more time than any other methods but it is worthwhile in the long run.

    And the best way to get traffic is build a list and send the subscribers to your site again and again.

    Do a search on free traffic generating strategies. There are lots of great products out there you can pick up for pocket change. Some of them even come with resale rights. Good luck!
