How should I set up an affiliate system for a service

Hi guys need your advice.

I currently offer services for people in the internet marketing niche.

predominatly seo work.

I now want to build an affiliate team to help me sell that service.

I looked at clickbank as the first choice but found it wouldn't handle services.

I'm not looking for an affiliate network at this stage just some software than will help me split the payment and possibly some tracking.

    paydotcom should do it. they allow you to sell services and they have the built in affiliate program
