Do you have to mention the name of your company on your email broadcast?

    There is no law that states, that you need to mention anything, cept a physical address.

      That's not 100% true. IIRC, you have to provide (1) a physical mailing address (2) a reminder of how that person got on your list and (3) instructions on how to remove themselves from the list.

      Forgot to mention in my post that #3 is the most important and actually *removing* them from your list. If someone can prove that they have repeatedly asked to be removed and you didn't, you could be in a world of trouble no matter how that person got on your list.
