Default Aweber alternatives

Hey guys,

So Aweber's really had a hard time delivering my emails on time as of late... For instance, I sent an email at 6:30 last night, it didn't get to my inbox until 12am.

I understand that some email providers put things in queue's and such, but until a few days ago, it's never been a problem - and it's a big problem to me.

There was a Warrior who started his/her own email service and I can't remember who it was.

I know there was no need to re-optin subscribers I already had, which was really nice, plus it was cheaper than Aweber.

Anyway, other than GetResponse, what alternatives can you recommend? If this keeps happening, I'm going to have to switch very soon. I can't have launches if my emails don't go out on time.

As far as I know Listwire dot com and Imnica dot com email services were developed by Warriors..

Listwire is a free autorespinder while Imnica offers lower pricing rates as compared to aweber and other big email service providers.. Just do a quick research on these two though before you try these out..

I've generally had GetResponse send within 30 minutes. While I
usually just click to send immediately, I think scheduling your emails
is the better approach if you want them to go out at a specific
time.

Because big email providers have a lot of mail going out, you may get
quicker delivery more reliably from a smaller provider.

Well, I did it. I signed up for Imnica Mail and sent them my lists to be imported into their system.

Once they're all up and going and I confirm the emails are received when I send them, I'm quitting Aweber. I've got a new product launch in a few days, and I can't afford to have emails arrive 6-10 hours after I send them...

I loved Aweber, but I can't have this. Hopefully they get it all fixed up ASAP. It'll get them back to "awesome" status in my mind. But Imnica looks like it's going to be a really solid system to work with. I'm excited to get into it.

I currently use profollow, which is basically the same as aweber, but the older version. I would say it is the cheapest, and reliable alternative out there.

I have been having some issues with Aweber as well of late. One of these issues is being unable to resolve to their site. It has happened off and on and is pretty annoying. Perhaps they are getting hammered by customers or something more sinister is happening.

Delivery times have been sluggish as well.

Not really good enough in my opinion for the high prices they charge.

Anyways, I am looking into Imnica mail at the moment cause the price is right and it seems to be getting really good reviews.

Im looking to leave aweber myself since its getting a little pricey.

Does profollow require you to have double optin?

Can you import your lists without requiring confirmation?

How are their optin forms? Do they have some templates?

Yes, it has double optin, but you can go single optin-in if you prefer

Yes, I think they do need to confirm

Yes, They do have loads of templates you can choose

And from what I been told if you do want to switch back to the new Aweber, its very easy

Thanks for the reply and I just called them to make sure they have some phone support. They said that all support is handled by aweber.

The only difference between them and aweber is you dont have the ability to set the follow up messages to be sent on a specific date and time, also you cant track opens etc.
