WP>FB (Fan Page)>Twitter How do I do this?

I want to post to my blog and have my blog update my FB fan page. Can this be done without a plugin? My Twitter is updated w/ my fan page already. So, I just need my blog to update FB, now.

I am not techy, so I cant do developer apps and all that.

    Flat out guesses are welcomed! But does ping.fm post WP posts to FB?

    FB has an app called RSS Grafitti - it does exactly that: instead of posting from your feeds to the Notes it will post your blog posts to the fan page's Wall.
