email/messaging, any ideas?

I need some software or a plugin that I can purchase that will allow me to give my members access to private email/messaging (between me and them) and the ability for them to upload documents to me.
It should be able to store the messages indefinitely, my end.
And only be accessible by password. Hopefully it would have a password generation / lost password facility on it too.
Does anyone have any ideas?
