Best Product on Finding a Red-Hot Niche?

I know, I know, its a basic topic.

But from this point forward, I want to find only the HOTTEST niches.

I realize many products out there break this down but which one does it the best?

    It depends on what your definition of a "hot niche" is.

    If you're talking about where most money is spent it is the obvious ones like diet/weight loss, business opportunities, dating/marriage etc

    Including all the niches oneplusone mentioned, gardening and pet care is also hot niches to start with.

    There's no point in going to the hottest niche even though it's hot. It's better to go into niches that you are interested in and monetize from there. You will be consistent in creating posts and updating the site which makes the site grows faster.

    Most of the Hot niches on the web are very highly competitive(that's obvious ain't it?). Finance related niches do very well considering the revenue from Ads as well.
    However the best niche is certainly something that hasn't been discovered.

    Why don't you get into a newly discovered niche or rather something that has just come up. E.g. Farmville was a good one when it was just out considering the traffic power of Facebook, try finding something similar or maybe something on the same grounds.

    One good approach is to take one of the big money niches dating, get your Ex back (difficult to find good keywords) video games, body building or weight loss and mine it for some sub niches.
    For example weight loss could give you
    Love handles
    Weight loss after pregnancy
    detox for weight loss
    man boobs
    etc
