What's a good, free phone teleconference website?

I just need to do a small call with myself and a couple other people. I need it to be recorded to an mp3, and I need it all to be free.

I know there's one that everyone recommends and uses, but I can't remember the name of it.

Anyone here know which one I'm talking about?

I simple use Skype and record it with a streaming audio program.

I use HotConference.com, it has some very nice features. There is even a desktop sharing mode where you can show everybody exactly what your are seeing on your screen.

In addition to that everyone can see your webcam and hear you talk. Or you can always do everything in the chat box.

Hey guys, it looks like freeconference.com charges 9 bucks a month so that you can record the conference. Is there nothing out there that's free that will auto-record and allow atleast 3 people on the line at once?

hmm... I don't really want to get all complex and buy something that will record my call. I know there's some service that automatically records the calls for you. It seems like it has something to do with Adobe maybe.

I think what you're looking for is Free Conference Call, Phone Conferencing, Teleconferences - FreeConferenceCall.com. One of my offline mastermind groups is using it and it's definitely free and can save the call as an MP3.

I love
AudioAcrobatOnline.com (affiliate link) or AudioAcrobat.com (non-aff)
because 1) their recording is phenomenal (the sound is even for both speakers and good quality for over the phone)
2) the playback/MP3 download is easy with their players and
3) the bandwidth charges are included at their different price points.
4) you use the three-way calling feature on your phone to connect to the service.
(Check to see if you can download on the 30-day trial).

For the phone line, you can use
Free Teleconferencing, Conference Call Free, Free Conference Call Services - FreeConferenceCall.com
which will let you record and download. I don't think the recording is very good though (audio acrobat won't let you upload their recordings).

Brad,

I've tried several of the free ones in the past and it's been a real mixed bag. After the last freebie lost the call recording of an interview I did, I switched to Instant Teleseminar and never looked back.

It's $47/month for unlimited use but more importantly, it's $1 for a 21 full-use trial. They automatically record your call in mp3 format. Tech support is quick and their system has been great and fail-proof everytime.
