Paypal is a great asset to all sellers and buyers online and affords easy transactions to all its members.But this is not easily accessible to some countries like mine (Nigeria).One needs a foreign address to open one and i am presently having difficulties opening one.Please can someone give me a suggestion on how to go about it?Thanks.

    Paypal is not available in all countries. Find a payment option that works in your country and forget paypal. Don't try to break the terms and use a "foreign" US address because they do ask for verification and will close your account.
