I am looking for a service where they can answer my phone and be able to give some easy questions, and not charge arm and leg for it.

Anybody knows?

thanks

While this is not exactly what you are asking for, it is my advice based upon my personal experience with "answering services."

    In a word, Don't!

I use Magic Jack which provides me with 24/7 voice mail with caller ID. It is my own message in my own voice. Then I simply return their call at my convenience (it's free throughout the USA) and answer their questions. When they call, I get the message in my email inbox and I can listen to it from there, or call and pick-up messages from any phone. You also get free directory assistance, etc., all for $39.95, then $19.95 per year.

It's available at Walgreen's, Radio Shack and many other locations, as well as online.

Answering services are expensive, and sometimes unreliable. Tramp_Art has a good solution. Also I offer a virtual assistant service for $39.95/month. Send me a PM.

We have Pay as you go plans which you set up yourself... Go to link answeramerica.com/?refid=5VTYT7G69

I would like to know a little more about your business and listen to your needs. Let us know when you have time to talk for about 30 minutes

Listed below is some information on AnswerNet.

An answering service today is not about just answering a phone line and capturing a message. It is about building a partnership to provide a strong foundation for your customers/clients/supporters.

Many small businesses use us as a foundation for professionalism. We are 24/7/365. This can give your callers the impression of stability and professionalism that they look for in a company they want to do business with. It shows that you are dependable and reachable. This also provides the owner with the ability to focus 110% on the customer in front of them, with out worry of losing potential business.

Even though in today's economy pricing is a concern, it should not be your first. Ask yourself which is more important pricing or quality? In the long run if quality is absent from the foundation of your service, you will lose money and worse credibility with your base (customers/clients/supporters). If someone is offering you a low per a minute rate some things you may want to questions is:

1.How are they able to keep a center staffed at such a low rate
2.How do they handle natural disasters, power loss, or man made disasters?
3.Are they so big that hold times and abandons don't matter to them on small business accounts?

Some questions that you will want to consider when looking to hire an answering service are:

•Hold times- this should be on average 1 minute or under and Abandons
          should be 5% or under
----Did you know AnswerNet is part of ATSI. We have won 13 years in a row. They score us on Hold Times, Following Instructions, Verification and Voice Tone. Did you also know that our extremely flexible network of integrated call centers gives us the unique ability to precisely match agents to volume?

•Turn Over and Training- Turn over means training a new person which could cause quality issues.
----Did you know that AnswerNet agents go through a rigorous training process before answering calls and are continuously monitored using a 33-point quality assurance check list?

•Are they custom to your needs-
----AnswerNet is a customized answering service. This means we listen to our customers
and then build a package that fits their needs. No program is too large or to small. (We can take orders, donations or messages using your website) Did you know AnswerNet can also provide you with a Toll Free Number to use?

•What would happen in the event of a natural disaster?
----AnswerNet has varying locations that enables us to provide service, even during natural or man made disasters.

If you would like more information in general, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
