Admob - Seeing click to call but no calls

I just did a test yesterday marketing for a small business on admob.

As of this morning, I see 135 clicks to the ad but no call has been made to the phone yet.

Has anyone had this experience as well or am I doing something wrong at my end?

    I used AdMob once to test it out - I got hundreds and even on some things - thousands of clicks, and not one sale.
    I think that people who own an iPhone get pissed off with all the marketing messages that they constantly click to make sure you run out of money!
