Stuck getting my website finished and starting Aweber

Hi,
My site is nearly done but I am stuck on a couple of things which is making this thing drag on forever ..... Vendor site selling ebook product.

1. After the customer has downloaded the paid for product and bonuses on the thank you page, they arrive back on this thank you page and they will then still see their name and email address in the opt-in box on the thank you page. I just didn't think this was right, should the opt-in details they provide either disappear when they return back this page, or should there be a better exit for the customer after they have downloaded the products? I just can't remember this when I have previously purchased ebooks.

2. The only reason I have this opt-in on sales page is so I can create a 'customer list' and then automatically take them off 'subscriber list'. In doing so the customer will receive an initial "please confirm subsription email" with free gift and then they will shortly after receive another "please confirm suscription email". The 1st one is ok as they will get a free ebook, the 2nd email they will only get if they have bought, I am just confused what to write in the 2nd email, bad enough they have to opt-in twice and now they have to confirm twice and I just know what reason to give them in the email!??

3. If anyone is a wizz on setting up contact forms, you may be able to answer this. I have set up outlook and my new business email works fine as I have tested by sending emails via my private gamil etc. When I send a message via my contact form which is directed to this same business email I do not receive it. I have checked with my host and they just said to ask website developer to check script and then the web developer is saying to contact host................It has to be something to do with the website isn't it?

I am desperate to just get this site finished. Any help (if you happen to understand my ramblings......) will be appreciated
