Is there people to hire that will call a supplier for you?

I am building a small e-commerce store. In the other day i found a great supplier for my niche so i emailed him asking if he had retail prices. He sent me an email to call him to work things out. Thing is that i am not native english and my speaking english is relatively bad. Can you outsource this kind of thing? If so, can anyone point me where can i find people for this kind of job. thanks
