Problems With Video Product:

2. Customers are too demanding stating they know the material already
3. Video cannot be downloaded
4. Cannot find access to the videos
5. Browser cannot play
6. Customer dont understand the video, especially if you have a bad English tone

Problems With Ebook Product:
1. Too brief
2. Customers complaining it dont work, but actually they did not read it and try it at the first place
3. Ebook outdated they want refunds
4. Ebook content too little

These are just some of the problems I faced when doing product creation, if you do faced any of the above problems, do list them below too And if you have additional problems do add on to the list above

We cannot make everyone happy, and that is a fact.

Especially true for no. 2 - Customers are too demanding stating they know the material already. There will always be beginners and more advanced people who buy your stuff and because they are at different levels their opinions will differ as well.

If your material is very basic, the beginners will like it, and the advanced people may not like it. If your material is too advanced, the beginners will complain and the advanced people will like it.

So it really depends on who your real target audience is.
