Someone Selling Copied Software

I have been receiving Email from someone that offers quite a bit of the clickbank software and also there are toms of the products that are for sale here on Warrior Forum. I get at least 2 Emails a week. 2 questions I have.
1. How can they legally sell them
2. If they cant legally sell the copied products, how do they get by with it?
Thanks

No, they can't legally sell it. If the product owners want to, they can file DMCA notices with their host, but many don't do it and if the host is offshore, it often doesn't do any good.

Live in a country that doesn't recognise foreign copyrights or have extradition treaties. Mostly the smaller independent nations around the Pacific rim, in the former Soviet bloc, or developing in Africa.

One of the things you can do is check to see what payment processor they're using, and notify the payment processor that the vendor is using their system to sell prirated products.

I've had a payment processor close down a vendors account - generally speaking they often care more than a host, as they have their own financial accounts put at risk by being "involved" in selling illegal products.

    Bizarre...

I agree with above posters. You're much better off contacting the payment processors. And they are usually pretty prompt because reputation is on the line.
